Most, if not all of us do that already.

I sell myself to my employer every day I go into work. I promise to complete requested tasks. I promise to uphold certain standards and ethics. And I promise to express myself in accordance with company policies. Many of those things do not directly reflect my personality. So I sell myself. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. In return, I get money. How many people can we honestly say do not do this?
